With Taskbar Color you can customize the top and bottom Windows Mobile taskbar colors with one of the preset colors in the menu. If you have not already customized the colors of system hue items (Today lines, Menu Highlight etc…) then they will also inherit the selected color. Simply click on the selected color to see the color changes take effect.

Simple to use. Gives you some skinning options that aren’t native to the Windows Mobile operating system.
